Road Biking New Jersey

Although every efforts have been made to make the book as accurate as can be there is always the possiblity for some errors. There is also the possibility that some of the roads, rest stops or travel information has changed since the book was published. The list below contains any errors that I am aware of. If you find any inaccuracies in the book feel free to email me

• Ride 16 Page 92 - The Stanton General Store has closed. The best place to stop for a break the Wawa where you cross 202 around mile 24. There is also a nice deli in Whitehouse Station at mile 41.1
• Ride 22 Page 123 - The starting point is at the Peter Muschal School not the Peter Musical School
• Rid 23 page 128 - They are currently constructing a new bridge on Rt 36 across the bay the leads into Sandy Hook. Getting into and out of Sandy Hook is now a little different than described in the book. After crossing the bridge across the bay to get into Sandy Hook just go to the light at the end of 36 and make a left. This will get you into Sandy Hook.

  Getting out of Sandy Hook to Ocean Ave is now very confusing. If you follow the Hartshorne Rd out of the Sandy Hook you will end up going back across the bridge and get on Rt 36. Which is not what you want to do. To get to Ocean Ave take the Multiuse path south out of Sandy Hook until you are south of the Rt 36 bridge then Ocean Ave will be the road to the right of the Multiuse path. I'm sure things will continue to change as construction continues so just be careful here.
